Write to us and send the information being requested by us and a cheque for the appropriate amount. On receipt of the same you will be contacted by our customer support officer to verify credentials. On successful verification and clearance of payment we will courier the credit report, which will be delivered against verifying you in person against your original CNIC. The complete process and delivery of report can take up to 10 working days.
To understand the report please use the guide provided along with the report. If you dispute an entry you can email us and we will pass on the same to the concerned bank. The bank will investigate the entry and either correct the record or refuse to do so. In either case we will respond to you. You may then choose to approach the bank, directly or approach the Banking Ombudsman if you are still not satisfied.
